When you opt for the Basic plan, the sales team may initially assure you that the Account Manager will handle everything for you. However, after you sign up and the Account Manager is assigned, you’ll quickly learn that they don’t actually have access to your account. They can only provide guidance and suggest improvements, but to make changes or access your account directly, you are told you need to upgrade to the Plus plan.
This creates a situation where, despite paying for the Basic plan, you are essentially stuck with minimal help. The Account Manager can only offer advice but cannot actively manage your account. Without the additional services of the Plus plan, your sales may drop as they withhold access and visibility. If you choose not to upgrade, you’ll likely find that your time and money are wasted. The promised improvements from the Basic plan do not materialize, and you may even face reduced visibility, leading to further frustration.
